About Alvarez Bathroom Remodeling Company

Here’s the truth about bathroom remodels in Olympia: most homeowners overcomplicate the process. They spend months researching vanities or tile patterns, only to realize halfway through that the plumbing or electrical won’t support their ‘dream’ layout. We start with a hard look at your existing space, what’s functional, what’s not, and build from there. Need a walk-in shower for aging parents? A moisture-resistant layout for your basement bath? We’ve done it. Want to keep the same footprint but upgrade fixtures for better water efficiency? We’ll make it happen without unnecessary demolition. Our designs prioritize practicality, especially in older Olympia homes where plumbing runs might be buried in original concrete.

What sets us apart isn’t just our work, it’s how we run the job. Other ‘remodelers’ in Olympia treat bathroom projects like a production line, with crews coming and going. We assign a single project manager to your remodel, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. No phone-tag. No ‘we’ll get back to you.’ And we don’t ghost you after the sale. If your toilet backs up during the project, we fix it that day. If the tile grout doesn’t match after two weeks, we redo it. Our reputation in Olympia isn’t built on one-off jobs, it’s from homeowners who’ve trusted us for multiple remodels, including kitchens and basements. When you’re ready for a bathroom that actually fits your life, not someone else’s vision, we’re the team to call.
